Frustrating day. An otherwise intelligent teacher chum forwarded the infamous "Bill Gates will pay you for forwarding email" scam to me today. It came to her via seven other otherwise intelligent teachers at my school. She promptly forwarded it to ALL the staff at THREE schools, and some of THEM turned around and forwarded it BACK to me, even though I'm one of the aforementioned "all staff" list. No one bothered to Google this stuff, so I did, and sent out a list of URLs for articles about this stupid scam that I got four times in one day from people who should know better. AAAaRggghhhh! |
